Steakhouse Burger
Whenever we come to Fort Collins from Florida, Sonny Lubick's is always a twice a visit trip. We enjoy their burger, oysters, French onion soup and the wedge salad. We enjoy the food & service very much. Sitting at the bar is our favorite as we can chat with other customers.

Roasted Prime Rib
I have been to Sonny Lubick's twice in the past week! Freshest and best oysters around. Steaks and prime ribs here never disappoint. One thing I can say about this place is that over the years the consistency with food quality and service has never wavered. Top notch all around.
Filet Thermidor
The best Filet Thermidor I've ever had was a decadent masterpiece—tender, perfectly seared beef topped with a rich, creamy sauce generously studded with large, succulent chunks of lobster claw, creating an indulgent, unforgettable flavor experience. Perfect date night indulgence!
Grilled Ribeye
A wonderful ribeye, made medium rare to perfection tonight! Greatly enjoyed a nice old fashioned and appetizer prior. Sonny Lubick's doesn't disappoint!
Filet Thermidor
Unbelievable. The best meal I have had in years. Was cooked perfectly! Will definitely order again!!! Great service and atmosphere for our Anniversary!
Caesar Salad
I LOVE Caesar salads and this one was genuinely one of my favorites. Will definitely come back!
Butter Cake
The butter cake was irresistibly moist and tender, with a rich, golden flavor that perfectly balanced sweetness and buttery depth in every bite. Wonderful end to the meal.
French Onion Soup
The best French onion soup I've ever had was a perfect balance of rich, caramelized onions and a deeply savory, beefy broth that felt like comfort in a bowl. Topped with a golden, bubbly layer of cheese melted over a crusty, toasted baguette slice, each spoonful was indulgent, flavorful, and utterly satisfying.
Roasted Prime Rib
We had this the day before valentine day 2026. The drinks and food were tremendous and a great celebration! We remember when Sonny first came to CSU in the early 80's and love his restaurant even though we seldom see him there now days. We appreciate the new owner keeping the quality and atmosphere going.
